Description

Lectures will present state of the art of innovative research topics in biomedical research by local, national and international experts in the field. Thereafter, the critical discussion and evaluation of a published article related to the topic of the lecture will be done.
 

Compétences visées

Knowledge of major innovative research topics in the field of biomedicine, understand the potential benefit of the novel treatment targets/approaches compared to the actual ones, understand the advantage and limits of different experimental technics, critical evaluation of published articles, proposal of pertinent experiments to support a hypothesis.
 

Modalités d'organisation et de suivi

• 10 h teaching and 15 h tutorial sessions, encouraging multidisciplinary and cultural exchanges.
• Teaching slides, including those from tutorials, and when possible recordings will be provided.
• Evaluation: First session: Written exam: 120 min based on the critical analysis of data from a published article. Second session: oral examination
